Introduction

Welcome to Canadian Kitchen Group. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Canadian Kitchen Group reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Products and Services

Canadian Kitchen Group specializes in custom kitchen cabinets, remodeling services, and related products. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that colors, materials, or finishes will appear exactly as shown due to variations in display settings and natural material characteristics.

Orders and Payments

Order Processing:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • A 50% deposit is required for custom cabinet orders
  • Payment terms: 2% Net 10 Days, Net 30 Days
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major payment methods
  • Orders cannot be modified after 24 hours of placement

Pricing and Availability:

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders

Shipping and Delivery

Standard lead time for custom orders is 5 business days. Rush orders and priority replacements (3-day) are available upon request.

Shipping Terms:

  • FOB shipping point: Mississauga, Ontario
  • Courier service available for small shipments
  • Canadian Kitchen Group delivery service available in the Greater Toronto Area
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier

Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our custom cabinets, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins and are non-refundable.

Standard Products: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit.

Limitation of Liability

Canadian Kitchen Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products or services in question. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, material shortages, or transportation delays.
