Canadian Kitchen Group reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Canadian Kitchen Group specializes in custom kitchen cabinets, remodeling services, and related products. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that colors, materials, or finishes will appear exactly as shown due to variations in display settings and natural material characteristics.
Order Processing:
Pricing and Availability:
Standard lead time for custom orders is 5 business days. Rush orders and priority replacements (3-day) are available upon request.
Shipping Terms:
Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our custom cabinets, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins and are non-refundable.
Standard Products: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit.
Canadian Kitchen Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products or services in question. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, material shortages, or transportation delays.
